Vivek Athawale
Founder & Chairman of the Board (COB)
Vivek is an accomplished leader with over 10 plus years of global experience in AI research, software product research (AI-MVPs), international tech recruitment, and strategic HR management. He holds an MSc in Business Management from the University of Sussex (Distinction), is CIPD Level 7 qualified, and also holds an MBA in IT and a B.Tech. His expertise spans cognitive behavioural science, AI ethics, and human-computer interaction research. Vivek is eligible for Chartered CIPD status (C-CIPD) by the end of 2025. He is set to launch his first book: Talent Acquisition 2030: Harnessing AI and Advanced Recruitment Technologies for Global Hiring Success – Vol. One - coming soon
Vimit A
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Vimit is an enterprise-level technical architect with over 10 plus years of experience in building and scaling cloud-based AI/ML applications. With an academic foundation that includes an MBA in IT and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, he has led the deployment of multiple AI-driven platforms globally, including Large Language Model (LLM) integrations and enterprise SaaS systems. Vimit brings deep expertise in both offshore and onshore delivery models, ensuring high-performance, scalable tech solutions.
Bharkha Hinduja
HR & Business Relations Executive
Bharkha is a dynamic professional with an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Sussex. She brings over a decade of international experience in the aviation industry, coupled with strong expertise in business development and client relationship management. At AariyaTech UK, she leads strategic partnerships, corporate outreach, and institutional collaborations, playing a key role in expanding our global footprint. She has over 10 plus years of extensive experience in international airlines.
Bilal Sheikh
Full-Stack Tech Lead, AI & Cloud Solutions
Bilal is a seasoned full-stack engineer with a BE in Computer Science and a strong portfolio of AI-driven applications. He brings robust experience across backend and frontend development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and database engineering. Bilal plays a critical role in leading our product development cycles, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of AariyaTech's AI-powered platforms.
